The Transfer Station is located at 89 Water Street. Hours are Tuesdays from 1pm-6pm and on Saturdays from 8am-6pm. The phone number is 357-6011. The Dump Master is Bob Laptew.
Transfer Station tickets are available for purchase at the Transfer Station. The cost is $75.00 for either 30 thirty gallon punches or 16 fiftyfive gallon punches. The following items are banned from going into the compactor: recyclable items, compost and yard waste, hazardous waste, mercury containg items, construction materials. The Transfer Station accepts all MRF recyclables. For a list of what is acceptable please follow this List of Recyclable Items.

Additionally the Transfer Station accepts loose metal, appliances, tires, electronic equipment, and mercury containing items for an additonal charge between $5-$15 based on size. We also have a book recycling container for books, CD's, DVD's, and records.
